There are more than 100 species of coffee in the world. Arabica and robusta are the most commercialized ones.

Arabica has an excellent quality drink potential, with an intense aroma and wide variety of flavour. All premium coffees are mandatorily produced from their beans.

Robusta coffee, well known for its conillon variety, is usually bitter and strong. It is more resistant to pests and diseases, and does not require being cultivated in high altitude regions, such as Arabica.
